Villa Panormitis features a big private swimming pool of 40 sq.m., a great view to the countryside and private hot tub*. Having three modern and luxurious bedrooms with three ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, it offers to its guests absolute privacy!

Villa Panormitis has two connected buildings, with a totally living space of 70 sq.m.: the main building (45 sq.m.) has one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom and a single space with living room and fully equipped kitchen. Next to the main building there’s a seperate external bedroom (15 sq.m.) with its own ensuite bathroom with shower and a wellness room (10 sq.m.) with hot tub*. This is a great facility which allows to the members of a family or to a group of friends to have their own privacy!

The villa, except the private swimming pool and the hot tub, has also a private terrace of 200 sq.m., including private garden, BBQ, pergola, shower, table/chairs and sunbeds.

The interior of the villa is decorated in a simple and luxurious way, while the beds have top quality mattresses and pillows.

The swimming pool… is the diamond of the villa! Featuring a perimetric overflow, it has a great view to the garden, to the countryside and to the private church of Archangel Michael (Panormitis). It’s depth varies from 1,50 m to 1,75 m., enough both for dives and swimming.

*The hot tub is located at the backside of the villa and has seats for 5 people. Relax to your private hot tub by hearing your preferred music and enjoy hydromassage and chromotherapy. Our jacuzzi is heated and of high quality, equipped with waterfall and led lighting. Please note that this is an extra and optional service, which should be booked in advance.

The name of the villa comes from the local name of Archangel Michael, “Panormitis”; there’s a monastery of Panormitis is Simi island, which you could visit in a day-trip.
