Except the Prasonisi Villas, we also have available for rental our Villa Stamos.

Our Villa Stamos does not belong to Prasonisi Villas’ Complex, but is located in the rural countryside of Plimmiri, just 350 meters from the lovely beach of Plimmiri, and only 10 kilometers from Kattavia village and almost 10-15 minutes from the sandy beach of Prasonisi.

It’s a detached and completely private beautiful villa which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a large luxurious swimming pool and view to the Aegean Sea.

The villa also has barbecue, ample private parking and a big veranda, for enjoying the magic of nature in an idyllic environment, and a big (40 sq.m.) swimming pool.

Our villa has the added advantage of the traditional greek-style ‘sofas’: This is an elevated quadruple bed which is ideal to accommodate a whole family, especially those with small children that is needed to sleep with their parents! But it can also be used for sleeping a group or a whole family of 4.

The surrounding area has an incomparable beauty, where you can enjoy strolling the rural streets. You can also swim in the Plimmiri beach (just 350 m. far), explore the nearby beaches, go for fishing or scuba diving and many more…

There is also a wonderful fish taverna right on the other side of Plimiri beach which is around a 2,5 km walk or a few minutes by car.
